Welcome to Cozumel Cruise Tours. By accessing our website at cozumelcruisetours.com or booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
  • You must provide accurate cruise line, ship name, and port date information
  • Booking confirmations are sent via email. Please verify all details upon receipt
  • Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes
  • Group size minimums may apply to certain tours

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest Cancellations

  • 48+ hours before tour: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund

Our "No Tour, No Fee" Guarantee

If your cruise ship cannot dock in Cozumel due to weather, mechanical issues, or itinerary changes, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit. This guarantee applies automatically. No action is needed on your part.

Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a comparable alternative experience or a full refund.

Back to Cruise Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be returned to the cruise port in time for your ship's departure. Our guides monitor departure times and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a delay caused by us results in you missing your ship, we will arrange and pay for your transportation to the next port of call.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the meeting point on time as specified in your confirmation
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before the tour
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and operators
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for your selected activity
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service without refund

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Shore excursions and water activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Cozumel Cruise Tours and its partners shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from participation in tours or activities
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours
  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather, sea conditions, or acts of nature
  • Actions or negligence of third-party service providers
  • Missed cruise ship departures not directly caused by our staff

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour in question.

Photography & Media

We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Cozumel Cruise Tours and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
