If your cruise ship does not dock in Cozumel for any reason (weather, mechanical, itinerary change), you owe us nothing. We track ship arrivals and proactively issue refunds.

Port Change Protection

Cruise lines sometimes swap ports at the last minute. If your ship is redirected to a different destination instead of Cozumel, your booking is automatically cancelled and refunded in full.

Weather Cancellations

If severe weather makes it unsafe to operate your tour, whether by our judgment or a port authority decision, you receive a complete refund. Safety always comes first.

Schedule Changes

If the cruise line changes your port call times so severely that your tour is no longer feasible, we refund you entirely. You are never penalized for your cruise line's decisions.
