Sofía spent a decade working in luxury hospitality at resorts in the Riviera Maya before joining our team. She managed guest experiences at two 5-star properties and brings that same attention to detail to every tour she leads.
Her specialty is creating the perfect "chill" day for guests who want less adventure and more relaxation. She knows every beach club, every hidden palapa bar, and every Instagram-worthy sunset spot on the island.
Sofía also leads our El Cielo experiences when Carlos isn't available, and she's trained in snorkeling guidance for guests who need a little extra confidence in the water. Her gentle, reassuring approach makes nervous first-time snorkelers feel completely at ease.
